Deluxe room was extremely spacious and brand-new with all required amenities. The provided service was great!

Though everything was nice, some of the staff were extremely bad.

The staff paid great attention to detail, ensuring that I had everything I needed, from clean towels to water bottles. The hotel's location was also ideal, being nearer to Powai police station, making it convenient to explore both the Western and Eastern suburbs of the city. my experience can be summed up in one word - perfect.

Although everything was ok, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of cleanliness.

Attended a workshop at a hotel in Powai and enjoyed some aspects of my stay. the staff were very friendly and prompt with their service. the rooms were clean and spacious with free bottled water. enjoyed a private location that gave me peace during my stay.

There were some downsides during my stay. The bathroom towels were not provided on time.

The hotel offered two complementary gifts for Xmas which was a nice touch. the hotel was located very close to a popular shopping area which made it convenient to grab some last-minute gifts. the room was spacious and had a great view of the city skyline.
